(from part 3)All in all,the whole story is so amazing. After I had reviewed the events in the story,I was impressed with the fact that most people don't really plan for their success, they just keep doing what they do looking for opportunities and not expecting it to happen above from what they expect where limitations where surpassed because of the simple term called curiosity not knowing that they are getting so far and big as they are before and the next thing you'll know is that they underestimate what they accumulate where in fact it was not just big but already huge.(hehehe...See!?!I'm not kidding. That's really the truth revealed in the story which I have observed.)Well it is not just being genius and it is not just pure luck although there are parts of both. They had opportunities and they took them. Some smarter people failed and some dumber people succeeded.MAny had the right ideas at the wrong time. But one thing I could say,go beyong your expectations snd love your career and have the drive and perseverance to accept opportunities.Remember,as an Information Technologist we always consider a problem an opportunity so lucky for us that millions of people have a lots of problem and therefore to become like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs is reachable.(end of my reaction paper)

(from part 2)One thing is different from the two-it is how they managed the people that surrounds them specially in their working place.Jobs pushed people, and was known to yell and drive people and be harsh and extremely doing it all around when people around him don't follow what he want from them woking with programs.Jobs' charisma, drive and ideology form a dangerous cocktail. He pushes Apple designers into such a passion that they work 90hr weeks and intensely compete with other. While Jobs was pursuasive and charismatic director for Applesome of his employees from that time had described him as an erratic and temperamental manager as Apple continued to expand. On the other hand,Bill Gates who was obssesed and possibly nerdy as shown in the story is a wise man perhaps I could say he was not as much brilliant as Steve Jobs but came to work dealing his co-workers with respect should I say.His role at Microsoft for most of its history was primarily a management and executive role. However he was an active software developer in the early years, particularly on the company's programming language products.Gates had primary responsibility for the company's product strategy. He aggressively broadened the company's range of products and whatever Microsoft achieved a dominant position he vigorously defended it.Indeed, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are the true revolutionaries of our time.Jobs is both admired and criticized for his achieved skill at persuasion and salesmanship.Gates is one of the best known entrepreneurs of the personal computer revolution.(continuation to part 4).

(from part 2)The story held me in the sequence or flow of the story that makes it more interesting to me specially when I observe how the two brilliant minds meet each other in the market and became partners where in fact competition is a great issue of the time that it came to the point,as shown in the story that the Apple rejected the offer of the IBM company because according Steve Jobs they are their enemies.I was so inspired with the fact that Steve Jobs from being a simple guy with great perseverance to his career to earn lots of money became a famous and a powerful icon in his time. The same thing with Bill Gates who was a guy who loves to writes codes and programs whom struggled to love his career.(continuation to part 3)

The story is so amazing. It was all about the making of the personal computers but the most obvious of the story was how Steve Jobs evolve his technology to what he called the Macintosh and Bill Gates develop his Microsoft. The story emphasizes the evolution of Jobs brilliant ideas of improving his computer from his Apple to Liza Computer up to his new innovation Macintosh while in the other hand of the story Gates also struggled to advance his Microsoft in developing an operating system he called DOS and eventually to a Windows Version. The creation of Apple, the creation of the Mac,the creation of Microsoft or DOS-all would have been good stories and more interesting history........(continuation to part 2)
